Annual General Meeting 2022, Follow-up

The CHNA Annual General Meeting was held on February 2, 2022.  During the AGM, several documents and presentations were referenced.  The referenced material can be found in the "Homeowners / AGM and Financials" area as follows:

  • Audited Financial Statements for the 2021 fiscal year
  • Treasurer's Report
  • AGM Minutes

In the "Homeowners" / "Cost Sharing Expenses" area are several documents of interest. Listed in the "Homeowners" / "Directors" area is the current slate of directors.

By-Law No. 1, Interpretation Note No. 1

The board has examined ByLaw No. 1, and produced Interpretation Note No. 1 that is consistent with the ByLaw. The Interpretation Note is a formal "secondary document" strongly tied back to ByLaw No. 1, and provides clarifying points not explicitly set out in the ByLaw.

ByLaw No. 1 and Interpretation Note No. 1 can be found under "Homeowners" / "Documents/Bylaws". Both documents are also available to the public under "Prospective Owners" / "Documents/Bylaws", as these key documents are important to future owners.
