Repair and Maintenance, Guiding Principles
Our Bylaw Number 1 was written during the initial construction of our complex, and although it is specific in some areas, it is not specific in all areas. After much discussion and analysis, with the benefit of experience of the EIFS repairs to date, and with input from WSP, the Board approved the Guiding Principles document. The document articulates a list of guiding principles that will help the Board in future decision making regarding repair and maintenance. The document can be found in the Documents/Bylaws area.
