CHNA
The Castle Hill Neighbourhood Association (CHNA) is incorporated as a non-profit corporation. The Association represents the 93 homeowners located in the townhome complex bounded by addresses on Davenport Road, Spadina Road, Macpherson Ave and Walmer Road, in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The main duties of the corporation are to maintain architectural and aesthetic control for the upkeep, maintenance, repairs and improvements to defined parts of the exterior of the townhomes and landscaped areas. Please refer to the Bylaws for details.

Annual General Meeting 2019 - Update
The CHNA AGM originally scheduled to occur on January 28, 2019 and subsequently adjourned because of a snow event will now occur on Monday March 4 at 7:30 pm (doors open at 7:00) in room E321 at George Brown College.
Materials for the meeting can found in the "Homeowners" / "AGM and Financials" section, including Proxy Forms, Minutes of the January 10, 2018 AGM, Audited Financial Statements for the year ending October 31, 2018 and a Treasurer's Report. The meeting among other items will include a discussion of CHNA financial information and the Garage Stucco Project which will begin this Spring.
If you are unable to attend, please submit a proxy. Prior proxies provided to the original meeting scheduled for January 28 remain in effect unless withdrawn by members who provided them.
Annual General Meeting 2019
The Castle Hill Neighbourhood Association (CHNA) Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday January 28, 2019 Monday March 4, 2019 at 7:30pm in Room E321 of George Brown College at 146 Kendal Avenue. Doors open at 7:00pm for the meeting to start promptly at 7:30pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Receive the financial statements of the corporation for the year ended October 31, 2018, and the report thereon
- Elect directors (all current directors have indicated a willingness to continue)
- Appoint auditors
- Transact such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting
Following the AGM there will be a presentation and open discussion regarding the garage stucco project.
We require a quorum of owners in person or by proxy representing 31 homes that have all fees paid that are payable at the time of the meeting. If you are not able to attend the meeting or you are unsure about whether you will attend, please sign and return the proxy form.

Annual Invoices, Good Neighbours
Annual invoices were due on November 1, 2018. Your good neighbours have submitted their cheques, bringing us up to 85% fully paid as of Dec 7. If you have not yet paid, you are clearly in the minority. Please write your cheques today, and deliver as indicated on the invoices.

Invoices have been sent out to all members via the email addresses the board has on file. If you did not receive your invoice, board member contact info can be found under "Prospective Owners" / Contacts. As a reminder, annual fees are due November 1 2018.
President's Letter, 2018-10-29
A new President's Letter was issued to keep you informed about the completion of the EIFS project, and also the upcoming Garage Stucco project. The CHNA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on January 28, 2019 at 7:30pm in room E321 at George Brown College. This is the same location as last year. Please read the letter, found under "Homeowners" / "Cost Sharing Expenses" for details.
