The Castle Hill Neighbourhood Association (CHNA) is incorporated as a non-profit corporation. The Association represents the 93 homeowners located in the townhome complex bounded by addresses on Davenport Road, Spadina Road, Macpherson Ave and Walmer Road, in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The main duties of the corporation are to maintain architectural and aesthetic control for the upkeep, maintenance, repairs and improvements to defined parts of the exterior of the townhomes and landscaped areas. Please refer to the Bylaws for details.

Annual Invoices, Fiscal Year 2019
Invoices have been sent out to all members via the email addresses the board has on file. If you did not receive your invoice, board member contact info can be found under "Prospective Owners" / Contacts. As a reminder, annual fees are due November 1 2018.
President's Letter, 2018-10-29
A new President's Letter was issued to keep you informed about the completion of the EIFS project, and also the upcoming Garage Stucco project. The CHNA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on January 28, 2019 at 7:30pm in room E321 at George Brown College. This is the same location as last year.
