The Castle Hill Neighbourhood Association is a corporation created by the registration of Letters Patent filed with the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations. It is Ontario Corporation Number 850099, dated September 20, 1989. As permitted, the corporation has enacted Bylaw Number 1, which relates to the transaction of its affairs, including:
- Duties
- Membership
- Board of Directors
- Cost Sharing Expenses
The Bylaw document contains two schedules which are separately available for download. These schedules are important to home sellers and buyers:
- Estoppel Certificate, to certify there are no outstanding unpaid CHNA fees
- Covenant, for mandatory Corporation membership which binds owners to the bylaws
